Review the general rental, booking, and usage conditions for Illi Cars services
Welcome to Illi Cars. By making a reservation with us, you accept these General Rental Conditions. We invite you to read them carefully to guarantee a transparent and stress-free driving experience in Agadir and throughout Morocco.
1. Renter Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Illi Cars, the primary driver as well as any additional drivers must meet the following conditions:
Minimum Age: Be at least 21 years old (the required age may vary depending on the vehicle category, particularly for luxury SUVs).
Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
Documents to Provide: Present the original valid driver's license and an official piece of identification (National Identity Card for Moroccan residents or Passport for foreigners).
2. Booking, Rates, and No-Deposit Policy
Transparent Pricing: Our rates include unlimited mileage, basic insurance, and free delivery at Agadir Al Massira Airport or your hotel in Agadir.
"No Deposit" Policy: Unlike standard practices, Illi Cars offers a rental service without a security deposit (caution) blocked on your bank card, giving you total peace of mind.
Payment: Rental payment is generally made upon handover of the keys, according to the terms agreed upon during your booking.
3. Vehicle Pick-up and Return
Delivery: We deliver the vehicle at the agreed time and location (Agadir Airport, hotel, or at our agency).
Vehicle Condition: A vehicle inspection (interior and exterior) is carried out at departure and return. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same state of cleanliness and operation as upon delivery.
Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. Otherwise, the difference will be billed to you.
4. Vehicle Use
The renter agrees to use the vehicle prudently ("en bon père de famille") and to comply with Moroccan traffic regulations. It is strictly forbidden to:
Sublease the vehicle or use it for passenger transport for a fee.
Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications impairing reflexes.
Drive on unpaved tracks or go off-roading (except with explicitly authorized 4x4 vehicles).
Leave Moroccan territory with the rental vehicle.
5. Insurance and Assistance
Coverage: Our vehicles benefit from comprehensive insurance with a deductible (unless otherwise stated).
24/7 Assistance: In the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident, our assistance service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The renter must under no circumstances proceed with repairs on the vehicle without prior written agreement from Illi Cars.
In Case of an Accident: An accident report form (constat amiable) must be completed and submitted to us within a maximum period of 24 hours.
6. Cancellation and Modification
We offer great flexibility. You can modify or cancel your booking. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible by email or phone so we can reorganize our schedule.
7. Disputes and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the rental agreement, and failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Agadir shall have sole jurisdiction.
