Your personal data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the intended purposes:
Booking and billing data: Kept for the legal duration required by Moroccan tax authorities (generally 10 years).
Identity documents (License, Passport/CIN): Physical or digital copies are kept for the duration of the rental and securely archived for insurance purposes, before being permanently destroyed according to our internal procedures.
5. Management of Sub-contractors
As part of our operations (web hosting, fleet software management), we may use third-party service providers. Illi Cars ensures that all its sub-contractors present sufficient guarantees regarding security and contractually commit to respecting the confidentiality of your data.
6. Procedure in Case of a Security Breach
In the exceptional event of a data breach presenting a risk to your rights and freedoms, we commit to:
